At The Learning Experience, Curriculum Directors lead the implementation of our curriculum to ensure engaging, high-quality learning experiences where “Happy Happens Here.”
Working in partnership with the Center Director, this role supports teachers, maintains program quality, and ensures classrooms consistently deliver developmentally appropriate, brand-aligned instruction.
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum & Instruction
- Lead implementation of TLE curriculum with consistency and fidelity
- Support and coach teachers to deliver engaging, high-quality instruction
- Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure student assessments are completed accurately and on time
- Facilitate family conferences and maintain strong academic communication
Teacher Support & Development
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to teaching staff
- Lead monthly staff development using TLE curriculum resources
- Promote strong teacher-child interactions and classroom engagement
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure classrooms meet all curriculum, licensing, and brand standards
- Maintain a safe, organized, and learning-focused environment
- Monitor classroom practices to support student success and consistency
Qualifications
- Experience in early childhood education and curriculum leadership
- Strong understanding of child development and instructional practices
- Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field preferred
- Meets state requirements for a Director/Curriculum role

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
