Pay: $16–$19 per hour (based on credentials and experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Assist with daily classroom routines and learning activities
- Support developmentally appropriate experiences for children across age groups
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
- Guide children through transitions including meals, rest time, and learning centers
- Support classroom preparation, activities, and lesson implementation
- Encourage positive social interaction and classroom participation
- Communicate professionally with families and teaching team members
- Follow Michigan childcare licensing requirements and center policies
- Prior childcare experience required
- High school diploma or GED required
- CDA preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, nurturing, and professional approach to working with children
- Must meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements
