Float Teacher
The Learning Experience - Franklin is seeking a flexible and dependable Float Teacher to support classrooms throughout the center. This role provides assistance across multiple age groups while helping maintain a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support teachers in Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms
- Assist with classroom activities, transitions, meals, and supervision
- Maintain a safe and organized learning environment
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
- Follow all Massachusetts EEC and safety requirements
Qualifications
- Prior childcare or preschool experience preferred
- EEC Teacher Certification preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Must meet Massachusetts EEC and background check requirements
Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
