Curriculum Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Support teachers with implementing curriculum and planning engaging learning experiences.
- Spend time in classrooms providing guidance, encouragement, and coaching.
- Help teachers with classroom management, daily routines, and transitions.
- Train and support new teachers as they become familiar with our program.
- Observe classrooms and share helpful feedback to promote consistency and growth.
- Step into classrooms as needed to provide coverage and support.
- Help prepare classroom materials and ensure teachers have what they need for the week.
- Assist the Center Director with day-to-day tasks and projects as needed.
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and positive learning environment throughout the center.
- Be a team player who is flexible and willing to jump in wherever support is needed.
- Minimum 12 ECE units required.
- Administration units preferred.
- Previous preschool teaching experience required.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Positive attitude with a passion for coaching and supporting teachers.
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
