Job Type: Full-Time
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and daily learning activities.
- Create and maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment.
- Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development.
- Establish consistent daily routines that promote learning and independence.
- Observe, assess, and document children's developmental progress.
- Build positive relationships and communicate regularly with families.
- Supervise, mentor, and support assistant teachers and classroom staff.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and health and safety standards.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and ongoing professional development.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience working in a childcare, preschool, or early childhood education setting required.
- Previous classroom leadership or Lead Teacher experience preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood development and developmentally appropriate practices.
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with children, families, and team members.
- Experience planning and implementing engaging early childhood curriculum.
- Ability to create an inclusive, positive, and supportive classroom culture.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
