Early Childhood Education Teacher – Preschool Program
The Learning Experience – Beltline is seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Education Teacher to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping young children learn through play, build meaningful relationships, and develop the confidence and skills needed for future success.

What You'll Do
- Create a warm, welcoming, and engaging classroom where children feel safe and supported
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences that encourage creativity, exploration, and school readiness
- Foster children's language, social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Guide children through daily routines, learning centers, and group activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
- Collaborate with center leadership to provide an exceptional educational experience
- Follow all Michigan childcare licensing requirements and health and safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous childcare or preschool experience preferred
- Passion for early childhood education and child development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, patient, and positive attitude
- Must meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements

Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff.
At TLE®, we’ve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners’ educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
