Pay: $24.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Plan and lead engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences using The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Support children's growth in literacy, math, science, social-emotional development, and problem-solving
- Create a safe, organized, and welcoming preschool classroom
- Encourage creativity, collaboration, and independence through hands-on activities
- Build strong partnerships with families through daily communication and progress updates
- Collaborate with fellow educators and center leadership to maintain exceptional classroom quality
- Ensure compliance with all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and health and safety standards

Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification required
- At least 6 months of experience in a licensed childcare, daycare, or preschool setting (1+ year preferred)
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
- Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
