Pay: $23–$24 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Create and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans using The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Foster children's cognitive, language, physical, and social-emotional development
- Build a safe, nurturing, and organized classroom where every child feels valued
- Encourage creativity, independence, collaboration, and problem-solving through play-based learning
- Observe children's progress and communicate regularly with families
- Work collaboratively with assistant teachers and center leadership to deliver a high-quality educational experience
- Maintain compliance with all Massachusetts EEC regulations and health and safety standards

Massachusetts EEC Teacher Certification required
- Previous experience in a licensed childcare, daycare, or preschool program preferred
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and teamwork skills
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
