- Communicate regularly with families about children's progress and daily experiences.
- Collaborate with center leadership and team members to provide a high-quality educational experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing requirements.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months of professional childcare or teaching experience required.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Passion for early childhood education and helping children reach developmental milestones.
- Ability to meet all applicable state licensing requirements.
