We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team!

Key Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment.
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and learning experiences using The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum®.
- Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development.
- Foster a safe, nurturing environment where children feel valued, supported, and encouraged to learn.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
- Communicate regularly with families about children's progress and daily experiences.
- Collaborate with center leadership and team members to provide a high-quality educational experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing requirements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months of professional childcare or teaching experience required.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Passion for early childhood education and helping children reach developmental milestones.
- Ability to meet all applicable state licensing requirements.

Compensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
