About the Role

Join our licensed Michigan childcare center as an Assistant Floater Teacher. No experience required—we provide paid training. Great for anyone who loves working with children or wants to start a career in Early Childhood Education or CTE Child Development.

What You’ll Do

  • Support Classrooms in Infant, Toddler, Preschool

  • Supervise Children following Michigan Licensing rules

  • Help With Daily Care (meals, diapering, toileting)

  • Assist Teachers with activities and routines

  • Float Between Rooms to support ratios and breaks

Requirements

  • Must be 18+

  • Pass background checks (ICHAT, fingerprinting, TB)

  • Reliable, caring, and ready to learn

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Childcare or preschool experience

  • CDA, ECE coursework, or CTE Child Development
