Pay: $20–$23 per hour (based on education and experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Lead the daily operation of the Young Toddler classroom using The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Plan engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that foster language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional growth
- Encourage independence through positive guidance, structured routines, and hands-on exploration
- Create a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom where children feel confident and supported
- Mentor and collaborate with Assistant Teachers to ensure a consistent, high-quality classroom experience
- Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and developmental updates
- Maintain compliance with all New York State and New York City licensing regulations and health and safety standards

Bachelor's Degree, Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, CDA, or High School Diploma with at least five years of relevant early childhood experience
- Previous experience leading a toddler or young toddler classroom preferred
- Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and classroom management skills
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Must meet all applicable New York State and New York City childcare licensing requirements
