The Learning Experience – Ephrata is a premium, DHS-certified early childhood education center serving families across Lancaster County. Newly opened and growing, we're building a reputation as the area's go-to center for families who want more than childcare.
We're looking for a driven, full-funnel Enrollment & Family Relations Manager who owns two things: filling the center with kids, and being the voice of the center to every family. You generate leads, work every one, close the enrollment, and own all ongoing family communication — start to finish, no handoffs. This is not a passive front-desk role; you're out in the community originating new families.
- Proactively generate leads — don't wait for inquiries
- Build referral relationships with local employers, pediatricians, OB/GYNs, real estate agents
- Represent the center at community events, chamber functions, sponsorships
- Run local marketing (Soci, Constant Contact, Voxie, Eventbrite) as a lead-gen engine
- Track competitor pricing and positioning
- Own every lead from first touch to final outcome
- Respond to every inquiry same-day
- Run a disciplined, documented follow-up cadence
- Keep a clear, current pipeline
- Conduct tours that convert
- Handle tuition conversations and enrollment paperwork
- Close the enrollment and manage waitlist movement
- Own monthly/quarterly enrollment targets
- Sole point of contact for all families on billing and tuition — payments, rate changes, past-due accounts, subsidy/ELRC questions
- Handle day-to-day family questions, looping in the Center Director on operational/classroom matters
- Send regular updates via Constant Contact/Voxie
- Be the calm, consistent voice families hear from
- Build trust with enrolled families to generate referrals
- Flag issues early, before they become withdrawals
- Background in early childhood education required (degree, CDA, or equivalent)
- 1+ years in sales, business development, or enrollment
- Confident closer who connects with parents
- Comfortable with CRM, email marketing, social scheduling
- Self-starter, organized, disciplined about follow-up
- Motivated by targets, comfortable with performance-based pay
- Available occasional evenings/weekends
- Reliable transportation
Base salary plus performance bonus weighted toward new enrollments:
- Base: commensurate with experience
- Enrollment bonus: per-child
- Milestone bonuses: for hitting monthly/quarterly targets
- Structure finalized based on candidate experience and goals
We're a growing center, part of a larger organization, and invest in people who perform. Strong performers have room to grow with us over time.

The Learning Experience
At The Learning Experience, we make early education joyful, engaging and fun so children are happy to learn, play and grow.
Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff.
At TLE®, we’ve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners’ educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee. All inquiries about employment at this franchisee should be made directly to the franchise location, and not to The Learning Experience Corporate.
