Pay: $16–$18 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Lead engaging daily preschool activities and classroom routines
- Implement The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Support early literacy, math, language, creativity, and social-emotional development
- Encourage independence, problem-solving, and positive peer relationships
- Guide children through learning centers, group activities, meals, outdoor play, and transitions
- Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom
- Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom activities and children's progress
- Collaborate with your teaching team and center leadership
- Follow Michigan childcare licensing requirements and center policies
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous preschool, daycare, or childcare experience preferred
- CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Dependable, nurturing, and team-oriented
- Must meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements
