Pay: $16–$19 per hour (based on experience and credentials)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Engage children in fun, developmentally appropriate learning and play activities
- Support children's language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development
- Help children navigate classroom routines, meals, rest time, outdoor play, and transitions
- Encourage independence and positive social interactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom
- Communicate positively with children, families, and fellow team members
- Collaborate with Lead Teachers and center leadership
- Follow Michigan childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous daycare, preschool, childcare, or early childhood experience preferred
- CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus
- Dependable, patient, energetic, and team-oriented
- Must meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements
