Pay: $20–$23 per hour (based on experience and credentials)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Lead daily routines and learning experiences in our 2-Year-Old classroom
- Implement The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning activities
- Support language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development
- Encourage independence, communication, and emerging self-help skills
- Guide children through meals, toileting readiness, rest time, learning centers, outdoor play, and transitions
- Use positive guidance to encourage appropriate classroom behaviors and early social skills
- Maintain a safe, organized, nurturing, and engaging classroom
- Guide and collaborate with Assistant Teachers
- Observe children's development and communicate regularly with families
- Follow all applicable New York childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, or
- Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, or
- Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, or
- High School Diploma with at least five years of relevant early childhood experience
