Pay: $16–$18 per hour (based on experience and credentials)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Provide attentive, responsive care for infants throughout the day
- Support feeding, diapering, naps, and individualized daily routines
- Create age-appropriate sensory and early learning experiences
- Encourage early language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development
- Observe and support developmental milestones
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and nurturing classroom
- Build trusting relationships with children and communicate regularly with families
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership
- Follow Michigan childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous infant, daycare, preschool, or childcare experience preferred
- Experience working specifically with infants is a plus
- CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework preferred
- Comfortable with feeding, diapering, and individualized infant routines
- Patient, nurturing, dependable, and team-oriented
- Must meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements
