Pay: $20–$24 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Opening: New Toddler Classroom
- Lead the opening and day-to-day operation of a new Toddler classroom
- Create a safe, nurturing, structured, and engaging learning environment
- Implement The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Plan developmentally appropriate hands-on learning experiences
- Encourage language, independence, movement, and social-emotional development
- Establish consistent classroom routines and positive behavior guidance
- Observe children's development and support individual milestones
- Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with families
- Guide and collaborate with your Assistant Teacher
- Maintain classroom documentation, organization, and safety standards
- Follow applicable New York City childcare requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, or

Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, or

Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, or

High School Diploma/GED plus at least 5 years of relevant early childhood experience
