Pay: $17–$19 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Lead a safe, nurturing, and engaging Infant classroom
- Provide attentive, responsive care throughout the day
- Support individualized feeding, diapering, nap, and daily routines
- Create age-appropriate sensory, movement, language, and early learning experiences
- Encourage cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development
- Observe developmental progress and celebrate important milestones
- Maintain accurate classroom records and daily communication
- Build trusting relationships and communicate regularly with families
- Collaborate with Assistant Teachers and center leadership
- Maintain a clean, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom
- Follow New Jersey childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements

High School Diploma or GED required

Previous professional childcare or early childhood education experience required
- Infant classroom experience strongly preferred
- Previous Lead Teacher experience is a plus
- CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable with feeding, diapering, safe sleep practices, and individualized infant routines
- Patient, dependable, nurturing, and confident leading a classroom
- Must meet applicable New Jersey childcare licensing requirements
