Pay: $17–$18 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Opening: 1
- Provide attentive and nurturing care for infants throughout the day
- Support individualized feeding, diapering, nap, and daily routines
- Create developmentally appropriate sensory, movement, and early learning experiences
- Encourage language, physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development
- Observe children's progress and support important developmental milestones
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and engaging Infant classroom
- Follow safe sleep, sanitation, and health procedures
- Build trusting relationships and communicate regularly with families
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership
- Follow Delaware childcare licensing requirements and center policies

TECE 1 and TECE 2 required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous infant, daycare, childcare, or early childhood experience preferred
- Infant classroom experience is a plus
- Comfortable with feeding, diapering, safe sleep practices, and individualized infant routines
- Patient, nurturing, dependable, and team-oriented
- Must meet applicable Delaware childcare licensing requirements
