Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Lead a safe, structured, and engaging Preschool classroom
- Implement The Learning Experience’s proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Create developmentally appropriate experiences supporting early literacy, math, science, creativity, and social-emotional learning
- Encourage independence, communication, problem-solving, and kindergarten-readiness skills
- Maintain consistent classroom routines and positive behavior guidance
- Observe children’s development and maintain required classroom documentation
- Guide and collaborate with classroom support teachers
- Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with families
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming learning environment
- Follow Massachusetts EEC regulations and center policies
- Massachusetts EEC Lead Teacher Certification required
- Preschool certification/qualification required
- Previous professional preschool or early childhood teaching experience required
- Lead classroom experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
- Confident classroom management and leadership skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dependable, nurturing, and team-oriented
- $22 per hour
