Marketing & Enrollment – Primary Focus
- Grow enrollment and generate new leads.
- Conduct tours and follow up with prospective families.
- Build relationships with families and the local community.
- Support social media, referrals, events, and marketing efforts.
- Track enrollment goals and bring new ideas for growth.
Center Leadership & Operations
- Partner with the Co-Director to support daily center operations.
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and team development.
- Maintain licensing, safety, and company standards.
- Support teachers, families, and overall center quality.
- Help ensure strong enrollment, retention, and family satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Early Childhood Education and/or childcare leadership experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Sales- and results-oriented with a passion for growing enrollment.
- Comfortable conducting tours and connecting with families.
- Creative, organized, energetic, and collaborative.

Qualifications
- Meet New Jersey Center Director licensing requirements.
- Required education and ECE credentials.
- Successful completion of required background checks.
