- Provide attentive, loving care for infants in a safe and nurturing classroom environment
- Implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum to support infant growth and development
- Monitor and track developmental milestones for each child in your care
- Maintain open, consistent communication with parents and guardians regarding daily progress
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols including diapering, feeding, and sleep routines
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and center staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment
- Maintain accurate daily records and reports for each infant
- High school diploma or equivalent required; CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Prior experience working with infants in a licensed childcare or early education setting
- Strong knowledge of infant developmental stages and best practices
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 35 lbs
- Warm, patient, and compassionate demeanor with a genuine love for working with babies
- Must meet state licensing background check requirements
