Lead Teacher Early Childhood Education
The Learning Experience is looking for a passionate, caring, and experienced Lead Teacher to join our team!
If you have a minimum of 2 years of Early Childhood Education experience, preferably in a licensed childcare center or preschool, and enjoy creating a nurturing and engaging classroom environment, we would love to hear from you!
Pay: 17.00–19.00 per hour

Responsibilities
As a Lead Teacher, you will help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and grow.
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and lesson plans.
- Implement The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum.
- Provide attentive care and supervision while ensuring children's health and safety.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Communicate with parents about children's development, accomplishments, and daily experiences.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and center staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.
- Participate in professional development and ongoing training.
- Follow state childcare licensing regulations and center policies.
Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of Early Childhood Education experience.
- Previous experience as a Lead Teacher, Preschool Teacher, Infant Teacher, Toddler Teacher, or Early Childhood Educator preferred.
- Experience in a licensed childcare center or preschool preferred.
- Caring, patient, and nurturing approach with young children.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependable, professional, and committed to providing quality care and education.
