Location: The Learning Experience – South Lyon Township, MI
Pay: $17–$21 per hour, based on experience and credentials
Bubbles Reliability Reward Bonus: Earn an additional $100 per month for six months after successfully completing your first 90 days with consistent attendance
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Lead daily routines in a safe and nurturing Infant classroom
- Support individualized feeding, diapering, sleep, and care schedules
- Implement age-appropriate sensory, movement, language, and early learning experiences
- Support physical, cognitive, language, and social-emotional development
- Follow appropriate safe sleep, sanitation, health, and safety practices
- Observe developmental progress and maintain required classroom documentation
- Build trusting relationships and communicate regularly with families
- Guide and collaborate with classroom support teachers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom
- Follow Michigan childcare licensing requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous professional infant or childcare classroom experience strongly preferred
- Lead Teacher experience preferred
- CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus
- Strong understanding of infant development and responsive caregiving
- Reliable, nurturing, patient, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements
