Location: The Learning Experience – Littleton, MA
Pay: $21–$22 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Create engaging daily learning experiences for toddlers
- Implement The Learning Experience’s proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Support language, motor, cognitive, and social-emotional development
- Encourage independence and developing self-help skills
- Assist with meals, diapering/toileting, rest time, outdoor play, and transitions
- Maintain consistent routines and provide positive classroom guidance
- Observe developmental progress and maintain required documentation
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership
- Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing, health, and safety requirements
- Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification required
- Previous professional toddler, daycare, preschool, or early childhood experience preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Patient, energetic, nurturing, and dependable
- Ability to meet all applicable Massachusetts EEC requirements
