The Learning Experience is looking for a nurturing, patient, and dependable Infant Teacher to join our team!

What You’ll Do
- Create a safe, loving, and nurturing classroom environment
- Provide attentive, responsive care while following each infant’s individual needs and routines
- Implement our L.E.A.P.® curriculum through age-appropriate activities, play, music, and sensory experiences
- Support important developmental milestones
- Build strong, trusting relationships with infants and their families
- Keep parents connected to their child’s day, including feedings, naps, diapering, activities, and milestones
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets licensing standards
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and Center Leadership
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine love for caring for infants
- Patient, nurturing, attentive, and dependable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

High school diploma or GED required

6+ months of professional childcare experience required
- One year or more of experience preferred
- Associate degree in ECE or related field preferred
- Must meet applicable state childcare licensing requirements

Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
The Learning Experience
At The Learning Experience, we make early education joyful, engaging and fun so children are happy to learn, play and grow.
Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff.
At TLE®, we’ve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners’ educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
