Applicants must have:
- Minimum 1–2 years of formal childcare experience
- Florida DCF 45-hour training certificate completed
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to meet all applicable Florida childcare licensing requirements

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The Learning Experience (TLE) #494 in Tallahassee is opening soon, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team!

🌈 What You'll Do
As a Preschool Teacher at TLE, you’ll help create a classroom where children feel safe, loved, confident, and excited to learn.
You will:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Provide developmentally appropriate learning experiences
- Implement TLE’s proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum through hands-on, play-based learning
- Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and coworkers
- Keep children engaged through creativity, music, movement, exploration, and play
- Communicate regularly with families about their child's experiences, milestones, and accomplishments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
- Follow all applicable Florida childcare licensing, health, safety, and supervision requirements
- Work collaboratively with the teaching team to provide exceptional care and education
We are looking for experienced early childhood educators who are ready to make a difference!
🎓 Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field
- CDA or other early childhood education credentials
- Additional professional development or certifications in early childhood education
- Experience working in a licensed childcare center or preschool
