Assistant Preschool Teacher

📍 Location: 43 Doughtery Blvd, Glen Mills, PA 19342
💰 Pay: $17–$19 per hour
🕐 Position: Full-Time or Part-Time
🎓 Experience: Preschool, daycare, childcare, or Early Childhood Education experience preferred
We are looking for a reliable, caring, and energetic Preschool Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience.
What You'll Do
- Help create a safe, fun, and engaging classroom
- Assist with daily lessons, activities, play, meals, rest, and classroom routines
- Actively supervise and care for children
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Communicate positively with parents and families
- Work closely with Lead Teachers and center leadership
- Follow all childcare licensing, health, and safety requirement
What We're Looking For
- Dependable and punctual with consistent attendance
- Genuine love for working with young children
- Positive, energetic, patient, and professional
- Able to work well with a team and accept coaching
- Previous preschool, daycare, childcare, or Early Childhood Education (ECE) experience preferred
- CDA, ECE coursework, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Must meet applicable state childcare licensing and background requirements
