Do you have a passion for working with toddlers and creating a classroom where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn? We’re looking for an experienced Lead Twos Teacher to join our River Vale team!

🧸 What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage a nurturing, engaging Twos classroom
  • Create fun, age-appropriate learning experiences through play and exploration
  • Implement The Learning Experience’s L.E.A.P. Curriculum
  • Support language, social-emotional, and developmental growth
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and fellow teachers
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom
  • Provide positive classroom guidance and consistent routines
  • Support daily care routines including meals, diapering/toileting, rest, and transitions
⭐ What We’re Looking For

  • Previous professional childcare/classroom experience required
  • CDA preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Experience working with toddlers strongly preferred
  • Nurturing, energetic, dependable, and team-oriented
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Must meet applicable New Jersey childcare licensing requirements
