Pay: $17-$19 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
- Support daily classroom routines and age-appropriate learning experiences
- Engage children through play, art, stories, music, movement, and hands-on activities
- Encourage language development, independence, creativity, and social-emotional skills
- Provide attentive supervision and positive guidance
- Support meals, rest time, outdoor play, transitions, and other daily routines
- Help prepare classroom activities and learning materials
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and engaging classroom
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
- Follow Michigan childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous daycare, preschool, childcare, or experience working with children preferred
- CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus
- Patient, dependable, energetic, and eager to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must meet applicable Michigan childcare licensing requirements
