Salary: $65,000-$75,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
- Partner with the Center Director to support successful daily center operations
- Help recruit, onboard, train, coach, and retain high-quality teachers
- Support staffing plans, classroom coverage, and required ratios
- Observe classrooms and coach teachers on curriculum, engagement, and classroom management
- Support implementation of The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Maintain Massachusetts EEC licensing and compliance standards
- Develop strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families
- Participate in center tours and support enrollment and retention
- Assist with family communication, questions, and concerns
- Maintain required center and employee documentation
- Support family events, community partnerships, and center initiatives
- Serve as a visible leadership presence for teachers and families
- Assume center leadership responsibilities when the Center Director is unavailable
- Must meet applicable Massachusetts EEC requirements for the position
- Director I and Director II qualifications required
- Professional experience in licensed childcare, preschool, or early childhood education required
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Massachusetts EEC regulations and licensing requirements
- Strong coaching, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance team leadership, family relationships, and center operations
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
- $65,000-$75,000 annual salary
