Pay: $22 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
- Prepare and serve daily meals and snacks according to established menus
- Follow appropriate portion sizes and meal schedules for young children
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and ServSafe standards
- Properly store, label, and rotate food and kitchen supplies
- Monitor inventory and communicate ordering needs
- Follow procedures for food allergies and dietary restrictions
- Maintain required food-service and sanitation documentation
- Coordinate with center leadership and classroom teams regarding meal service
- Follow Massachusetts EEC and applicable food-safety requirements
- ServSafe certification required
- Previous professional cooking, food preparation, or kitchen experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to follow menus, recipes, portion guidelines, and allergy procedures
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
- Experience preparing meals in a childcare, school, healthcare, or similar setting is a plus
- $22 per hour
