We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team!

As a Toddler Teacher, You Will:

  • Create a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment.
  • Implement engaging lesson plans and activities that support physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Encourage curiosity, exploration, and independence through play-based learning.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members.
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress, milestones, and daily experiences.
  • Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and compliance with state licensing requirements.
  • Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere where every child feels valued and supported.
Qualifications

Preferred:

  • Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • One year of professional childcare or teaching experience.
Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum six months of professional experience working with young children in a licensed childcare, preschool, or educational setting.
  • Ability to meet all state licensing requirements.
