Pay: $17-$20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
- Lead an engaging and organized Preschool classroom
- Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Create learning experiences that support early literacy, math, science, language, creativity, and social-emotional development
- Encourage problem-solving, independence, communication, and collaboration
- Use positive guidance and effective classroom management
- Observe and document children's developmental and learning progress
- Guide and collaborate with Assistant Teachers
- Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with families
- Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming learning environment
- Follow Michigan licensing and center requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous professional preschool, childcare, or early childhood classroom experience required
- Preschool teaching experience strongly preferred
- CDA, Early Childhood Education coursework, degree, or other qualifying credential preferred
- Must meet Michigan requirements to serve as a Lead Caregiver
- Strong classroom leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- $17-$20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
