Pay: $18.00–$21.00/hour, based on credentials and experience
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Up to $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
  • $500 after 45 days of employment
  • $500 after 90 days of employment
  • Sign-on bonus eligibility is based on meeting attendance and performance expectations and remaining in good standing.

At The Learning Experience – Cimarron Hills, we are building a professional, supportive, and accountable team focused on providing high-quality early childhood education. We are seeking a Toddler Teacher who values consistency, teamwork, communication, and creating a positive experience for children and families.

About the Role

As a Toddler Teacher, you will work with children ages 12–36 months and support their development through nurturing care, consistent routines, and engaging learning experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Create a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment
  • Maintain active supervision and required teacher-to-child ratios
  • Follow health, safety, sanitation, and licensing procedures
  • Implement our L.E.A.P.® Curriculum and daily classroom routines
  • Support children's social-emotional, language, cognitive, and physical development
  • Communicate professionally with families and team members
  • Maintain accurate classroom records and documentation
  • Work collaboratively with teaching partners and center leadership

Qualifications
  • Experience working with toddlers preferred
  • Colorado Shines PDIS Credential 3.0 Level 2 or higher preferred
  • CDA, Early Childhood Education coursework, or willingness to obtain
  • EQIT preferred or willingness to obtain
  • CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
  • Knowledge of early childhood health and safety practices
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation

Requirements
  • Successfully complete required background screening
  • Meet applicable Colorado childcare licensing requirements
  • Complete required training and certifications
