- Oversee the quality and implementation of the center’s curriculum across all classrooms.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback and coaching to teachers.
- Work closely with teachers to identify strengths, areas for growth, and opportunities for professional development.
- Provide hands-on classroom support, modeling effective teaching strategies and assisting teachers when needed.
- Support teachers with lesson planning, classroom management, learning activities, and implementation of curriculum.
- Develop and lead ongoing teacher training and professional development.
- Help create a positive culture of continuous learning, teamwork, and professional growth.
- Monitor classroom environments to ensure they are engaging, organized, safe, and supportive of children's individual needs.
- Partner with teachers and leadership to address challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Support new teachers through onboarding, mentoring, and ongoing coaching.
- Help ensure that classrooms are meeting the center’s educational standards and expectations.
- Maintain strong communication with the Center Director and leadership team regarding curriculum, classroom quality, and teacher development.
- Promote a warm, positive, and nurturing learning environment where children can Learn. Play. Grow.
