About the Role:
The Learning Experience in Marietta, GA is looking for a passionate and nurturing Infant Lead Teacher to join our growing team! In this role, you'll have the incredible opportunity to shape the earliest moments of a child's development in a warm, supportive environment. Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities tailored to infant developmental milestones
- Provide attentive, nurturing care to infants in a safe and stimulating classroom environment
- Monitor and document each infant's growth, development, and daily activities
- Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe infant classroom in compliance with state licensing regulations
- Collaborate with assistant teachers and center staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols specific to infant care
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare or early education setting
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of infant developmental stages and best practices in early childhood education
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to meet Georgia childcare licensing requirements for lead teaching staff
- Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
- Genuine passion for nurturing and educating infants in a safe, loving environment

Compensation: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour

Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff.
At TLE®, we’ve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners’ educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
