About the Role:
The Learning Experience #475 in Madison, AL is looking for a passionate and driven Centre Director to lead our early childhood education center. This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on young learners while building and inspiring a dedicated team of educators. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the childcare center, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment
- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor teaching staff and support personnel
- Monitor and maintain compliance with state licensing regulations and accreditation standards
- Build strong relationships with families through open communication and exceptional customer service
- Manage center budget, enrollment goals, and financial performance
- Implement and support The Learning Experience curriculum and educational programs
- Conduct staff performance evaluations and foster ongoing professional development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a childcare center leadership or director role
- Knowledge of Alabama childcare licensing requirements and regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proven ability to manage enrollment, budgets, and center operations
- Genuine passion for early childhood education and child development

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
