Preschool Operations & Classroom Support Coordinator

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive team member to support daily preschool operations, assist teachers, and maintain high-quality classroom standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with classroom management, behavior guidance, and classroom coverage when needed.
- Conduct classroom evaluations and ensure teachers follow school SOPs and policies.
- Help train new staff and provide ongoing teacher support.
- Answer phones, assist families, and complete administrative office tasks.
- Contact prospective families, follow up on enrollment leads, and schedule tours.
- Monitor classroom supplies, manage inventory, and coordinate supply orders.
- Assist with social media, school promotions, and event announcements.
- Monitor classroom safety, cleanliness, organization, and overall quality.
- Communicate concerns and updates to the Director.
Qualifications:
- Preschool or childcare experience preferred.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Organized, dependable, flexible, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable supporting staff, working in classrooms, and handling office responsibilities.
- Ability to multitask and take initiative.
- Ability to leverage data to understand the business and make decisions
Ideal Candidate: Someone who leads by example, supports teachers, holds staff accountable to school standards, and is willing to step in wherever needed.
Classroom management, teacher support, and maintaining classroom standards are the top priorities of this position.
