Do you love working with babies and helping them learn and grow? We’re looking for a caring, dependable, and experienced Lead Infant Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience in Heathrow!
What You’ll Do:
- Create a safe, loving, and nurturing environment for infants.
- Plan fun, age-appropriate activities that support early development.
- Follow individual feeding, diapering, and nap routines, including safe sleep practices.
- Track milestones and communicate with families about their child’s day.
- Lead the classroom, support fellow teachers, and maintain a clean, organized space.
- Follow childcare licensing and safety requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous infant childcare experience; lead teacher experience preferred.
- Knowledge of infant development and safe sleep practices.
- A patient, nurturing personality and a genuine love for babies.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- CPR/First Aid certification and applicable Florida childcare credentials, or willingness to obtain as required.

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
