We are looking for a passionate, responsible, and experienced Bus Driver to join our team! We are seeking a dependable individual who is committed to ensuring the safe transportation of children between local schools and our center.

Position Details

Position: Part-Time Bus Driver

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–3:30 PM

Hours: Approximately 22.5 hours per week

Responsibilities: Pick up and transport school-age children from multiple local schools to our center for after-school care.
We also offer additional driving opportunities during our summer camp program.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Wisconsin Class C driver's license.
- Good driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- At least one year of bus driving experience preferred.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance preferred.
- Experience working with school-age children (ages 5–14) preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Genuine desire to make a difference in children's lives.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm, professional, and effective in challenging situations.

Compensation: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
