Job Qualifications:
• Have two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred).
• Possess the California state-specific Administrative or Director credential, as well as any other state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field.
• Meet California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 22 qualifications for Child Care Center Director.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
• Possess a valid Pediatric CPR and First Aid Certification are highly preferred.
• Possess a current Mandated Reporter Certificate.
• Possess an Infant/Toddler Development & Care certificate.
• Has a current or pass CDSS Background check certification.
