- Conduct Parent Conferences: Lead meaningful parent conferences to discuss progress and address concerns.
- Manage Menus and Orders: Ensure that the menu is up-to-date and orders are accurate.
- Develop Staff Schedules: Create and maintain consistent staff schedules.
- Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure the completion of opening and closing tasks for smooth daily operations.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of center leadership or management experience (2 or more years preferred).
- Credentials: State-specific Administrative or Director credential required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of state licensing rules and regulations.
