Job Summary:
The HR Generalist will support the Human Resources function across GSG Holdings and its affiliated entities. This role is crucial in supporting our mission by ensuring that our centers are aligned with our educational values and business goals. The HR Manager will handle Talent Acquisition and Recruitment, Employee Engagement and Development, and People Operations while fostering a positive work environment.
Position Objective:
The candidate’s mission is to join a fast-growing childcare services organization where the HR function has not yet been independently defined. A successful candidate will leverage their self-starting, leadership, and HR technical skills to establish the HR function as a strategic strength of the organization.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required; master's degree or HR certification preferred.
- Relevant Experience: 5+ years of HR management experience, with a strong background in employee relations, recruitment, and compliance; experience in the early childhood education sector or an industry with similar dynamics is highly desirable.
