The Assistant Center Director-Curriculum Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the L.E.A.P. (Learning Experience Academic Program) Curriculum and managing the closing operations of the educational center. This role includes engaging with parents, supervising staff, and creating a positive, supportive learning environment for both students and teachers.
- Lead and manage all aspects of curriculum and center closing.
- Train all staff on curriculum, iPad, and LEAP interactive board, TLE Station, Health and Safety training.
- Manage daily Show n Tell photos.
- Prepare monthly parent newsletter.
- Co-lead monthly staff development meeting.
- Conduct Cor Assessment.
- Manage classroom portfolios and parent/teacher conferences.
- Manage weekly lesson plans.
- Classroom observations.
- Manage teacher bulletin boards.
- Manage teacher supplies.

- Skilled at fostering a positive classroom environment that promotes both teacher and student engagement and success.
- Must have a Level 2 Admin Certificate.
- Must have an Associate Degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or Psychology.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience as Assistant Director or Director.
- Clean background check is REQUIRED (included FBI) through the Division of Child Development (qualifying letter)
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation a must.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations.
