- Have a genuine passion for the education and care of young children
- Have at least 6 months of professional teaching experience (required); 1 year or more is preferred
- Hold an associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, a related field, or a CDA credential (preferred but not required)
- Meet any applicable Indiana state licensing requirements for the role
- Are a natural communicator who builds trust easily with children and families alike
