- Collaborate with center staff and leadership to support enrollment, engagement, and center goals
- Maintain health, safety, and quality compliance standards throughout your classroom
- Have a genuine love for toddlers and understand the unique joys and challenges of this age group
- Have at least 6 months of professional teaching experience (required); 1 year or more is preferred
- Are calm, patient, and energized by a busy, active classroom environment
- Hold an associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, a related field, or a CDA credential (preferred but not required)
- Meet any applicable Indiana state licensing requirements for the role
- Are a strong communicator who builds trust easily with both children and families
