Pay: $19.00–$22.00/hour (Based on Credentials & Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Up to $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
  • $500 paid after 45 days of employment
  • $500 paid after 90 days of employment
Bonus Eligibility Requirements:
  • Maintain reliable attendance (no excessive call-outs or tardiness)
  • Meet performance and classroom quality standards
  • Remain in good standing with no disciplinary action

At The Learning Experience Banning Lewis Ranch, we are building a professional, supportive, and accountable team focused on providing high-quality care and education. As a Toddler Teacher, you will work with children ages 12–24 months, supporting their development through structured routines, nurturing care, and engaging learning experiences. This role requires strong classroom management, consistency, and teamwork to maintain a safe and positive environment for children and staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Create a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment
  • Maintain active supervision and ratio compliance at all times
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures
  • Implement our L.E.A.P curriculum and daily routines consistently
  • Communicate professionally with families and team members
  • Support a positive, respectful team culture
  • Maintain accurate classroom records and documentation
 Qualifications:
  • Experience working with toddlers (12–24 months preferred)
  • Colorado Shines (PDIS Credential 3.0: Level 2 or higher
  • CPR/1st Aid Qualified 
  • EQIT Preferred, or willingness to obtain 
  • CDA, Early Childhood coursework, or willingness to obtain
  • Strong understanding of health & safety standards
  • Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs and actively engage with children
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality (non-negotiable)
This Role Is NOT a Fit If You:
  • Struggle with attendance or frequently call out
  • Bring negativity, gossip, or conflict into the workplace
  • Have difficulty following policies or working as part of a team
  • Are not comfortable in a structured, accountable environment
Requirements:
  • Background check clearance (required)
  • CPR/First Aid (current or completed upon hire)
  • Ability to meet state licensing requirements
