We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Preschool Center Director with daycare or preschool experience to join our team.

As an Assistant Preschool Center Director, You Will:
- Support the Center Director with the daily operations and overall management of the center.
- Lead by example and help create a positive, welcoming, and inclusive environment for children, families, and employees.
- Assist with maintaining compliance with all state and local licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and engagement of teachers and support staff.
- Provide guidance and support to teachers in implementing the TLE curriculum and creating engaging learning experiences for children.
- Build strong relationships with families and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive family experience.
- Assist with staff scheduling, classroom coverage, ratios, attendance, and daily operational needs.
- Support enrollment efforts by assisting with family inquiries, tours, follow-ups, and community outreach events.
- Assist with maintaining accurate center records, billing, accounts receivable, payroll, and other administrative responsibilities.
- Help monitor classroom quality, cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Support the Center Director in achieving enrollment, retention, operational, and financial goals.
- Step into the Center Director role when needed and provide leadership and guidance to the center team.

- Have at least 1 year of experience in a leadership or management role in a childcare or preschool setting preferred.
- Have experience working in early childhood education or a related field.
- Possess the required state-specific Administrative or Director credentials, or are willing to obtain them.
- Have a strong understanding of state licensing rules, regulations, and childcare best practices.
- Demonstrate strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Are passionate about supporting teachers, building relationships with families, and creating a nurturing environment for children.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
